I see you are having the same kinds of problems with spam comments that I have on my blogs. But I don’t delete most of it any more. I discovered when I got back from the weekend that there were tons of praise and complements that had been made and I thought it would hurt my site. What I discovered is that even though I have many spam comments, the traffic to my blog and site were way up. It seems the more comments I get, even junky ones, the better my blog does. So now I just delete the gambling posts and other trashy posts and links and leave the rest.
